Cosplay Time~!
So I finally started Planning my Mimi Cosplay! ^0^
Mimi Baker from Tales of Legendia. An adorable yet not very important NPC from an under appreciated Game. This is what she looks like:
Isn’t she just too cute? Funny thing is she is also one of the strongest Characters in the whole game! Guess what she fights with?
Bread
Yes she’s a Baker and she fights with Bread… PERFECT!
I already bought the sewing pattern. I had to add two more sizes to the pattern by drawing them, since there were a lot dresses in my size but this one was perfect for the Cosplay^^ So instead of buying a pattern that had fitting sizes I bought this one and drew it in the right size xD
The x shows which parts of the pattern I need for the Cosplay^^
Now I only have to buy white and orange cloth, orange and blue trim, 13 big yellow buttons, a white tights, black shoes and a zipper :3 I’ll go buy this or most of it next Tuesday.
It’s only my third Cosplay I hope I can make it look good! ^0^
Wow I am really late to this party.
I finally played through Portal 2 today and so I uh… scraped out this GLaDOS. Right.
Hair and eyes greatly inspired by Makani’s design for her, because after seeing that, I honestly can’t picture her any other way.
For the body/clothing I just tried to interpret a lot of the features of her canon robot-self into a more human-shaped design.
Wow, this outfit is AMAZING!
I really love her grumpy face too ^.~
… I apologize for any weird typos and for my horrible handwriting in this. I am very tired. And I really don’t know why I choosed to handwrite the text. I’m stupid, but this was very fun to do.
Please note that some of the last illustrations are pretty old, but should still serve as okay examples of different faces. I wished I could make more examples, but I’m very very tired and this took me several hours to do. Anyway, I hope this will help you out.
Will make a polished-version for dA sooner or later…
Fortunately I never had too much of a problem with that, but I really love this Tutorial ^0^ I will try to draw some REALLY different faces soon too x3
